Q: Can I join a trip as a solo traveller? A: Absolutely. Our trips are designed for solo travellers who want to connect with like-minded people. You’ll be matched with a small, curated group so you can travel independently without feeling alone.
Q: Can I book as a couple or group? A: Yes. You can book as a couple, a group of four, or a larger group of six to eight. We also offer private group options if you'd prefer a trip just for your crew.
A: Each trip includes luxury accommodation, private transfers, hosted group experiences, and carefully curated daily plans. Every detail is handled so you can arrive and instantly switch off. Flights aren’t included, but we’ll let you know exactly where to fly and when — and we’ll be waiting at the airport to collect you.
Q: How much do trips cost? A: Trips start from £2500 per person. Prices vary depending on the destination, length of stay, and any extras you choose to add.
Q: What is the typical group size? A: Most trips are designed for 4, 6, or 8 people depending on the villa and itinerary. We keep numbers small and curated to make every experience feel personal and social without ever being crowded.
Q: Do you offer payment plans? A: Not at the moment. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We recommend reserving early to give yourself time to plan around the trip dates.
Q: What kind of people join your trips? A: Our travellers are stylish, social, and curious. Many are creatives, founders, professionals, or travel lovers in their 20s and 30s who value aesthetics, connection, and effortless luxury.
Q: What makes IRL LUXE different from other group trips? A: We obsess over the details. From villa interiors to playlists, from golden-hour dinners to hidden gems, we curate trips that look good, feel good, and bring good people together. It’s social but stylish, luxury without stiffness.
Q: Are there photographers on the trip? A: Yes, so you can enjoy the moment while we capture it for you. We'll always specify when there is a photographer on the trip in the trip details.
Q: Where are your trips right now? A: Our first destination is Barcelona in May 2026 and the other locations can be found in the destinations tab. We add new destinations one at a time once we’ve personally curated an unforgettable experience there.
Q: Can I book the whole trip privately for a celebration? A: Definitely. Whether it's a birthday, engagement, or just a luxe group getaway, we can help you turn it into something really special. Get in touch to create your private IRL LUXE experience.
Q: Is IRL LUXE suitable for introverts? A: Absolutely. While our trips are social, they’re also relaxed and never forced. You’ll have downtime built in, beautiful spaces to unwind, and the freedom to dip in and out of group activities as you like.
Q: Is there an age limit? A: Most of our travellers are in their 20s and 30s, but there’s no strict age limit. If you vibe with our style, you’re welcome here.
Q: What’s the cancellation policy? A: All bookings are non-refundable, as trips are pre-paid and curated in advance. However, if you’re unable to travel, you may be able to transfer your spot. Just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
